      Pros

      The culture is inclusive and supportive. I feel valued and trusted within my role. The benefits are superb with ample amount of time-off plus a year-end shutdown where everyone can disconnect at once. Strong DE&I efforts.

      Cons

      Last year had a lot of strategic changes and restructuring. However, we're now set-up for execution and growth moving forward.
