      Great biotech

      Pros

      Great benefits package and good work environment. Projects are very interesting. There are a lot of great research seminars, and the expertise is top notch.

      Cons

      Recent changes have limited tuition reimbursement significantly. The old policy was 80% for approved degrees over some base amount I think $5k or $10k. Now it is $10k maximum to approved programs/classes.

      Pros

      I liked my position. I was able to shadow other departments for training. Coworkers were very accommodating. Teamwork was essential to complete many tasks.

      Cons

      Micromanagement in many high-level areas. Management can be very condescending at times. Your success was independent upon the management team in which worked. Heavy workloads due to unbalanced work assignments on associates. If you speak up, you will ignored or your workload may increase to a level that may you decide to leave. Turnover was beginning to increase.
