      Pros

      Good benefits and competitive salary with a solid career path for people who have worked their way up out of school. Large company with well-defined structure if that's what you're looking for. If you have to come in on a weekend or stay long you can take a day off later in the week to account for it.

      Cons

      High turnover, testing can get repetitive, samples are always urgent so during busy periods hours can be long or weird.

      I love my team and co workers but think the company could do better

      Flexible schedule, great benefits, lots of innovation, supportive management, multiple opportunities and paths for career development, fun atmosphere and 2 company shut downs per year

      Cons

      Lack of lab managers, leadership has been disorganized the past year, bad press, pay is not very competitive, employee retention is currently low
