Pros

They offer you health insurance, discounts on merchandise, and perks for the shooting range and skiing/snowboarding discounts.

Cons

The training is minimum and incomplete. As a Trainee you are primarily responsible for the shoe department. Its hectic and its unorganized. You need to know that you are responsible for a lot but do not have the resources.

Pros

Easy line of retail goods to learn Expansion into new areas/ opening of new stores provides more opportunities for advancement

Cons

Stores generally have way more stock than room which leads to constantly changing/moving & reorganizing heavy fixtures and displays. Paid Time Off System for managers is in place but has no organized method of tracking Medical/Dental used to be completely covered by the company, but starting next year it will cost employees (if you're new you start paying now)
