Pros

I had a great manager which kept things alive and fun. The company makes sure you get ALL your breaks and lunches.

Cons

Horrible upper management. Undervalued pay. Dresscode is shirt and tie. Not fitting for the position. Store is dry and dull.

Pros

Works around employees schedules. Fairly easy work environment. Having a manager that makes working retail is a huge plus, but it does not always happen that way.

Cons

Pay is terrible, WalMart and McDonalds employees make more and don't have to dress up in business casual to sell entry level sporting goods. Doing labor work in business casual, not the most fun. Very very monotonous. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
