Pros

Steady work, especially if your full time. Decent benefits. Decent discounts. As a member of management you get too attend fun seminars like shooting.

Cons

Hard to move up too upper management. As you move up it becomes very political. You must be liked or else you won't move up too higher volume.

Pros

I can't think of one!

Cons

Past season clothing. Extremely outdated on store operations and appearance. Inconsistent merchandising across stores, low tier shoes, low pay, 0 recognition.

Pros

I took a job there right out of college in 2009 when jobs were non-existent. It was not ideal, but I got some supervisory experience which got me into an entry-level office position in about a year.

Cons

Highly authoritarian and top-down. They don't seem to have evolved their thinking since the 1980s.
