Job security, great for Microsoft beginners, easy AS400 system, promotes from within, clean environment, fully gated with security.

Cons

Could use a management team that holds employees responsible for not following code of conduct.

Pros

Some pros include: friendly environment, close places to eat during lunch, the discount was pretty good on shoes especially when its on clearance, a lot of variety of shoes, and free parking.

Cons

some cons include: very busy store overall, cant sell real guns, messy store, a lot of stealing going on, dress code is unneccessary, more cameras should be installed, and fix the AC.
