Good job during college.

Pros

Very flexible for working around a changing schedule, or college classes. Management is friendly and easy to talk to. Sometimes is exciting, it's retail. Getting time off is rarely a problem.

Cons

Corporate makes decisions that make no sense at the store level. Management has no real hiring process, so poor employees are often hired. Incredibly boring when management doesn't assign projects. Pay is incredibly low, not a living wage.

Pros

People were nice, hours were reasonably steady week to week, you get a 20% off employee discount which is cool. Not much else

Cons

I had issues with the manager, it wasn't a very professional environment, hardly anything was private, even when speaking only one on one with a manager. Cashiers weren't allowed to check returns or hundred dollar bills, very little actual work to do.
