Pros

- Its a job; better than being unemployed

Cons

-District Supervisor expects you to be on-call 24/7 -District Supervisors expect you to move to whatever store they want you to and if you refuse they hold it against you -Quality of employees has gone down -Way more responsibility for only about $1/hr more than the part-time employees -no bonuses or additional pay but District Supervisors get bonuses for making you and your team members attempt to fulfill unrealistic expectations
