Pros

small stores other than that there were no pros

Cons

No break room Horrible management Employees didnt have water to drink because the fountain was broken for months and management didn't care to fix it. We had to ration the water the manager Brought because he did not want to pay for water. The worst place I've ever worked.

Pros

None. There are no pros to working here.

Cons

-Interacting with upper management feels like dealing with girls who were high school bullies and never learned how to be nice as grown women. -The HR department is filled with toxic coworkers who will belittle you every chance they get, try to publicly humiliate you by sending mass emails to the department in order to blame you for things when you didn’t do anything wrong and they will call you when you are not at work to discuss work. -Training is poor and you will be forced to cover the receptionist’s breaks even though it is not in your job description. -They also won’t pay you well even if you have HR certifications or higher education. *And by the way, they seem to avoid scheduling interviews with applicants who do not speak fluent English.

Pros

-The work environment tends to be really relaxed and as long as you show up and help customers your great. -There’s almost no repercussions for bad work ethic. If you get written up, you don’t have to sign it and it literally means nothing anyways. -great with scheduling accommodations, if your a college student they can easily accommodate for specific days and times off

Cons

Literally every store I’ve gone to has consistent staffing issues. Constant call outs and running the store with only two people at a high volume store seems almost illegal but gets taken advantage of constantly. The reason for so many call outs is because they refuse to reward their employees who actually stick around with raises. They will pay you the bare minimum possible. But if your looking for a fairly easy job to secure some extra money, go for it. Just never be afraid to tell them no.
