      very strong Workers' Committee some of the benefits all employee gets include: Trip for all employees overseas every year for a really low cost. Trips with family every year. Coupons every year big gifts... For people who stay long can get many more benefits including: Free cell phone Satellite tv and more...

      The Requirements for some departments(mainly costumer service) are too demanding. Usually i love places like that, cause you can get appraised and promoted, but here i felt a little bit like a pack that is pressed to the best Results with no "space to breath". Very Erodes...

      The biggest company in Israel. A lot to learn, military displent for achiving knowlage and perfectiness. they have a very high level of service awarness. the best place to start your creer in. Putting your head into the cold water.

      Cons

      there is no family feeling. pepople working hard and berrlly speaking to eachother. the managers triting you like a soldier, the sallary and the bonuses is a joke.
