i got to manager huge enterprise services, complex projects and to build a brand new payment service from scratch. colleagues are mostly well educated, creative and professional.

Cons

management is lousy! higher you climb the ladder, dummer you become and frightened of your own shadow as well. salaries are below average unproportional workload

Flexible hours (good for students). good basic course at the beginning of the employment.

Cons

Heavy pressure to make a sale every call. Every second is monitored, not a place you enjoy to work. Bad salary and not enough room to grow.
