Pros

Excellent training, fully remote, great interaction with management, flexible scheduling. Generous attendance policy. Lots of little work - life balance perks (drawings, raffles, internal social media) keep things positive and interesting.

Cons

Must work at least one weekend day. Customer service works ALL holidays. Hard to get any holidays off because the department works holidays and everyone is asking for the same days off. I had to use my own computer for work and the software required was taxing on it. They also require that you buy an expensive internet booster even when your computer is hard - wired and you have reliable service.

A client called in because she ordered a green gemstone ring and the gem was clear. The website advertises it as an Emerald ring and shows a picture of a green stone, but there is no option to buy a green stone. That is how horrible their website and company is.
