Pros

Excellent training, fully remote, great interaction with management, flexible scheduling. Generous attendance policy. Lots of little work - life balance perks (drawings, raffles, internal social media) keep things positive and interesting.

Cons

Must work at least one weekend day. Customer service works ALL holidays. Hard to get any holidays off because the department works holidays and everyone is asking for the same days off. I had to use my own computer for work and the software required was taxing on it. They also require that you buy an expensive internet booster even when your computer is hard - wired and you have reliable service.

Pros

Coworkers are my main reason for coming back daily, I'd hate to let them down.

Cons

Toxic ceo is more focused on being confrontational than productive. The consensus in his town hall meetings is to 'keep your head down, avoid direct eye contact, do not ask questions'. He's focusing on building the upper management team while regular layoffs of people who actually do the heavy lifting is reducing our actual output.
