Pros

Lots of work to do. Nice building (corporate).

Cons

Pet projects seem to be given higher priority than mission critical projects. Management politics are a bit too much. Management is just fine with cutting corners to meet deadlines rather than producing something of quality. The IT department is large, and there is not much consistency across teams. Employees are shuffled around constantly.

Pros

Pleasant mountain view. Benefits aren't bad.

Cons

Management has no idea how to run a company and it is embarrassingly obvious to everyone. They are arrogant, even mean. Expect constant knee-jerk decisions and huge directional changes. Managing by fear and threats is common. You'll fear for your job all the time, which is exhausting and toxic. The company is behind in most areas and is getting lapped by its competition. Talented people leave. It's awful. Don't work here.....you've been warned!

Pros

Working with talented individuals who are unfortunately taken advantage of.

Cons

This place is an absolute nightmare. I’ve been at this company almost 2 decades layoffs are horrible - which they do on a whim and often. Employees are ran to the ground here, while I’m glad to be out of there I strongly advise you to steer clear. Any positive feedback you see on here within the last few years is from leadership grasping at straws. This company has been on a steady decline for a while now and is continuing to be worse. Teams are spread thin, at extremely low pay. People are being asked to work multiple roles while leadership is raking in cash and blaming everyone else but themselves for the company failing. There is no structure - no one has any guidance and if you speak up you’re next. The stock should tell you all you need to know.
