Pros

Good Benefits. Decent pay. Fun atmosphere. Always busy and never bored. Your co-workers are your friends but treat you more like you are their family.

Cons

We are so quick to reply to our customers, but if I ask for time off, I have to wait for a long time to get an answer, and by the time I get the answer to my request, it is sometimes too late. We are the internal customers and we are not treated the same as we would treat an external customer.

Pros

Work life balance, salary, annual bonus, technically challenging. Not anyone I don't like working with. Patrick (CEO) seems like he really cares. I like that ALL members of the development team have to pass the same technical pre-employment testing that I did. Lagoon day is AWESOME!

Cons

Overly process heavy at times. Open office setting (no cubicles) is a turn-off. Security guards get better parking than the staff.
