      Pros

      Good Benefits. Decent pay. Fun atmosphere. Always busy and never bored. Your co-workers are your friends but treat you more like you are their family.

      Cons

      We are so quick to reply to our customers, but if I ask for time off, I have to wait for a long time to get an answer, and by the time I get the answer to my request, it is sometimes too late. We are the internal customers and we are not treated the same as we would treat an external customer.

      Pros

      Coworkers are my main reason for coming back daily, I'd hate to let them down.

      Cons

      Toxic ceo is more focused on being confrontational than productive. The consensus in his town hall meetings is to 'keep your head down, avoid direct eye contact, do not ask questions'. He's focusing on building the upper management team while regular layoffs of people who actually do the heavy lifting is reducing our actual output.
