Pros

-The people you work with make your job enjoyable. -There are A lot of opportunities to learn new skills through training courses. -Bosses are willing to work with you when you have dr.'s appt.'s, etc. -Friendly VP's, who make effort to get to know employees. -CEO takes an interest in employees and the aspects of our daily duties. -Recognition for hard work put into a task gets noticed. -Excellent opportunities to advance within the company

Cons

-Employee incentives could be improved upon (In other areas not listed in the Pro's) -There are times where I have noticed unfair treatment of others such as things related to advancement within the company. While there are great opportunities, it's more about who you know than anything else.

Pros

The company has been doing an excellent job of providing relevant and useful training. The technologies we use are current and will help improve my useful skill set, and resume. We are working on projects that matter to the company's bottom line which is nice.

Cons

Their personal time off/sick pay/holiday pay schedule is very poor, and you cannot accrue more time off with increasing tenure. The physical working conditions are very unprofessional as they are removing all cubicle walls and putting people in rows of desks that are lined up touching side to side back to back. So in the room I work in we will have over 100 people in rows of desks so your desk backs up on some one else's desk and your desk is touching the two desks next to it. We are loosing all of our white boards, which are necessary for working out some software engineering problems. This arrangement would not be bad if you had one small team in a bull pen type area with white boards but when you have over 100 people in a single room with no white boards the noise, and visual distraction level becomes unbearable. This will have the effect of destroying all team communication/colaboration, kill all personal focus and creativity, as people fight constant distractions

Pros

The pay is very good for customer service and the ability to actually move into different positions is an excellent way to never be bored at work. Many of the people here are very friendly.

Cons

The locations of the company are very inconvenient and out of the way. Quite a few supervisors are condescending and don't treat people with respect. The call center is located within a warehouse that gets very loud when it rains or if there is a truck in the warehouse and the customers are very displeased with this when this happens. There are also times that supervisors will collect on the call floor and applaud while customer service representatives are on calls nearby. Sound travels very well and makes speaking with customers difficult. There is no covered area for smokers at the call center and does not help with morale.
