      Pros

      People are friendly. I get 2 screens. Bucky Flowers loves turtles. People are very understanding if you need to take acouple hours off for personal reasons. So far overstock is one of the best places I have worked.

      Cons

      They dont feed you, or have a lunch room that serves food and drinks. Wish we got a better discount then what the public gets.

      Pros

      Very good atmosphere to work in Very diverse as far as the people that are hired. The people that are hired at corp, warehouse and in Customer Service have to be the greatest bunch of people I have ever known. Patrick Byrne is an amazing person and very interesting to learn about. I also like the fact that he is not just a name, he wanders around and meets people, and he remembers who he meets. I will work at Overstock hopefully for years and years to come. It is AMAZING.... I wish the pay was a little better, but to be honest, I would work here for less.

      Cons

      The long hours during Q4... thats the only Con I can think of, but... they are well worth it.

      Pros

      Overstock seems to have lots of oppurtunity to grow. They treat their employees like adults and don't feel the needs to micro manage. Let you work independently and within your teams. Good health benefits, HR and time off compensation.

      Cons

      Compensation compared to work load and responsibility doesn't match up very well.
