Great Benefits, Happy and Honest Environment is more than 90% of america can say about their employer, in reality. This is the best job ever.

Cons

A little out of the way for location. Needs to be more central and would be easier for a daily commute currently 30 miles round trip daily.

Pros

Great co-workers. I genuinely like and respect most of my peers and co-workers. The company is on a growth trajectory, which makes it fun to work on expansion and new growth opportunities. Great resume building and experiential job.

Cons

There are some departments and groups within the company that have fairly inept leaders who are out of touch with employees and reality. There is also a decent amount of political posturing and 'good old boys club' mentality within upper leadership as well, which is frustrating and has caused some top-level talent to leave in recent year.
