I've never worked at a company with so much constant turnover. It isn't a question of if you will be laid off, but when. It's only been a few years since I worked there but virtually everybody I knew who worked there when I did is gone, either by attrition or layoff.

Management is reactive vs proactive, prone to implement new apps and direction without solid testing or stake holder buy-in. Management cannot be trusted and will flat out lie to you. Empty promises and carrot dangling when it comes to bonus time. Low pay compared to industry.
