Pros
Awesome work-life-balance. Employees could have one Friday off each two weeks without using PTO. Abundant PTO. Workload is reasonable. You could do your work at any pace you like as long as you finish it by deadline. You can WFH all year ! The company business has been growing and has a bright future. Overrall great company culture
