      Pros

      Extremely forward-thinking Great work-life balanced Poised to grow even more Great onsite amenities: - Onsite Massages - Gym - Great cafeteria - Healthcare center - Greenhouse Overstock is one of the few companies in the world that empower their employees to make mistakes for the sake of learning, growing and innovating. The current (and new) leadership team understands that their reputation hasn't historically been the best, and they care deeply about this. They are doing everything in their power to turn this company around and it shows.

      Cons

      I can't think of many. I was sad to leave, but it was due to a personal reason.
