Pros

Solutions Specialist, Tier 3 training, gives us the opportunity to assist customer for the welfare of the customer and the company. I liked the opportunity to assist the customer in doing my best and having the options to make the customer and stay on the company policy.

Cons

Presently I was moved to a mid shift and it is affecting my health and family. I have been denied a day shift. So I need to find a new job.

Pros

The CEO is a visionary. Overstock will once again be a great place once he finds the right leaders that are able to execute his organizational vision.

Cons

We were supposed to be embracing a decentralized organizational structure. Bureaucracy and politics were to be reduced. Decisions and accountability were to be pushed to the “knowledge frontier”. Unfortunately, there are a few well connected executives on a power trip that just don't seem to get it.
