Pros

Campus was great, some leadership was great. Innovative company, and they teach employees how to advance in the workplace

Cons

Poor leadership. Lied to employees more than once. Lied and claimed no lay offs would need to happen again after 30 or so were laid off last year. 6 months later, over 100 people laid off. Then lied Again telling everyone they were safe, then a month later they laid off even More people. How can you trust a company that would make a promise to its employees, an actual promise. Then turn around and have one of the largest layoffs in the history of the company?

Mmm this is a hard one as the cons all out weigh any pros.

Cons

As customer service jobs go this is one of the worst places to work. The starting pay is far lower than most of the call centers in the area. The ceo touts paying 125% of market. Well all that really means is one person in there makes a higher wage than the rest. Then the others make far below market value. I guess if you are into drugs you found the right place. The managers don’t care if you do them on site just make sure you share. on Particular manager acts like she is far superior than everyone else. She’s the worst when it comes to allowing drugs on site. She is really an educated uncaring poor excuse for a human. Of course everyone knows how she gotten as far as she’s gotten. They don’t care about long term employment and think nothing of laying people off as a supposed way to save money then turn around and hire more people.

Nice new building with some good people depending on the team.

Cons

After working ten pulse hour days during the holidays they gave me three compensation days and told me what a great job I did, only to dismiss me weeks latter before I was able to use said days off. Pretty slimy to not cash them out guys.
