Cons
As customer service jobs go this is one of the worst places to work. The starting pay is far lower than most of the call centers in the area. The ceo touts paying 125% of market. Well all that really means is one person in there makes a higher wage than the rest. Then the others make far below market value. I guess if you are into drugs you found the right place. The managers don’t care if you do them on site just make sure you share. on Particular manager acts like she is far superior than everyone else. She’s the worst when it comes to allowing drugs on site. She is really an educated uncaring poor excuse for a human. Of course everyone knows how she gotten as far as she’s gotten. They don’t care about long term employment and think nothing of laying people off as a supposed way to save money then turn around and hire more people.
