Pros

The only pro is the benefits. You have good dental, vision, and medical. You also receive discounts on various products.

Cons

Too much work with not enough people. Terrible point system, People lose their job because they have family emergencies. There is no union so the management talks to employees any way they want. Your chances of advancement in the company can come to a stand still just by someone starting a rumor about you. The Supervisors are not actively involved in the shift, and have no clue what's going on with the production. There is too much punishment for small mistakes and not enough rewards for outstanding work. Most of the positions are underpaid.

The co-workers who suffered through the same times.

Cons

The amount of work is astounding and was exciting at first. But expectations quickly became ridiculous. Furhter, management seemed dedicated to people who consistently underperform and hold those who consistently produce to a different standard.

benefits salary upper management does a great job if you are looking for promotion promote within company more often than not allowing for advancement friendly staff and team leaders

Cons

not flexible work almost every weekend sometimes put in situations that you might not be comfortable with all because of the leaders not taking a caring interest if you arent comfortable with the job your doing. boring and repetitive most days because of doing the same job day in and day out really can take a physical toll on your body
