Young people with a great attitude towards design. The Design Center is new and bright and a great environment for design. As an intern, was given a lot of responsibility and learned a lot.

Cons

Lower pay rate. Some days are really slow.

If you like to be away from your family to make overtime, this is the place. 60 hour weeks is the norm.

Cons

Management is unqualified, and are a network of "who you know, not what you know." If you get in with the right people your set, if you don't you might as well start looking for a new job. Management have positioned themselves in ways that they will never let anyone advance. There is no opportunity for advancement, The management have a bunch of ideas and want everything. But when it comes to following through and getting things done, and actually spending the money they never come through. They expect everything with no funding. Tell me how?
