(1) It's fairly easy to get a job here. (2) They do have communication meetings. (3) They have a lot of rules and regulations regarding safety. (4) They are centrally located in beautiful downtown Dundalk.

Cons

(1) Because there is a high employee turnover rate you see a constant flow of new faces. (2) The meetings are mandatory, and no one is invited to speak except management. (3) They are very safety conscious regarding anything that can be blamed on the employees. (4) Be very careful where you park your car.
