The pros were profit sharing bonus, a focus on safety and there some hard working employees that work at this location.

Cons

The current management staff have been quitting, being fired or some cases not showing up to work for weeks at a time. Which send a bad signal that there is a problem with leadership in this location. If you think that hard work and dedication will help fet a promotion think again. Promotions are unlikely, unless if you work in Evansville, IN.

Good place for the plant worked at, poor corporate management.

The location I worked at was a good place to work. The culture remains similar to a small company atmosphere with a close knit group of people.

Cons

Benefits package was not up to the standard of other companies. Lack of vacation time and the no fault absentee policy made it a poor place to work. Was told in accurate information in interview regarding vacation time.

Berry is a very big company with plenty of opportunities to grow and advance. Mid-level staff was very helpful getting new personnel caught up to speed.

Cons

Facilities were run down. Much of the office equipment was not up to standards. This could be a quick and easy fix.
