What can sometimes be a good thing, can turn into just the opposite. Large corporation employment is one of those things

Pros

The support of a large corporation (financial, equipment, etc) is great at Berry. There is support for new additions to the facility and equipment.

Cons

When Berry acquires a new plant, they need to have a smoother transition for management. This would avoid any time where there is uncertainty and indecision.

Pros

Good people who like to work hard and play hard. Generally fair play for everyone involved in the production setting. Some people genuinely want to improve and grow the business.

Cons

Management lacks the social responsibility to pursue an appropriate work-life balance for every employee. The mandatory overtime at some facilities locks the lower level workers into a system of commitment that can only be broken with higher hourly wages to offset the dollars earned from excessive hours.

Cons

There were times when a product didn't meet the standards the customer required. and It took a couple of weeks to correct the issue.
