Decent pay and benefits, fast paced and always something different to work on.

Cons

Management is a mess with transition going on and new rules and policy’s always popping up in favor of the company and making the employees more vulnerable as far as termination at will and ability to get the work done fast or properly.

Great people to work with. Little turnover so you get to know everyone. Training is decent. Safety is a priority. Steady work but you have to actually work.

Cons

Tons of benefits to choose from but you pay for them. Can’t miss a lot of work.

Pros

Berry has lots of overtime which equals great checks. Lots of opportunity to advance. Co-workers can be like family because you see them so much.

Cons

Pay scale for technical fields is low in comparison to the big companies in area. For such a large company, health benefits are very expensive and raise every year. Too many temps during busy part of year. I would like to see more interns apply for summer help.
