Pros

Im working in the social media team and im having a great experience at it. Although we have remote work due to the Covid situation, we are super organized and have constant communication. Team leaders are always close and helpful towards feedback. I think Belong has a very hard working and committed team that's constantly encouraging you to give your best. Im very glad of being part of this project.

Cons

It would be nice to be able to meet everyone at the office, but im working remotely because of Covid so that's the main thing i miss.

Lends support and guidance to every single employee, apart from discussing effectively and to the point important issues. Encourages a peaceful and cooperative spirit and respects the time of others. Every employee is well respected and taken into consideration. It ends up being a positive environment to work in.

The pandemic has taken away one of the most amazing things this work has: working with people.
