*The pressure of this job is NOT worth the pay *Feels horrible to have to tell the associates the same thing a thousand times and pretend like its new information. "OK! lets focus on conversion!... "now last week we focused on conversion! But this week we will focus on conversion!... Alright guys! we need to bring up this conversion!" *Floor-sets on MANY major holidays (Christmas eve, Mothers day, super bowl Sunday) *Their "life-work balance" is an absolute lie. *Cheated out of breaks *The focus on conversion will make you hate children that come in with their parents (heaven forbid if someone has to run to their car for their coupons!) *You can do amazing at sales for months on end, but be burned at the stake for a bad week *Greatly un- accomplish-able goals. *Even if you are great... you are still bad at SOMETHING *One word.
