Pros

People skills are developed, customer service experience on an inovation intimate level. Fast paced changing atmosphere. and exciting seasonal product assorments.

Cons

Depending on who you work with and for the atmosphere of the work environment can change for the worse, this is a fact of retail, and is not escaped or lessed by working at Bath & Body Works.

Pros

Good pay. Ok management. Very nice workers. Nice smelling store. Overall, this was a nice place to have a seasonal job because time went by fast.

Cons

Too little hours!! Only 4 hours a day!! Sometimes all the smells combined can give you a headache. Too many workers at the same time created clutter.

Great place to work

Pros

Management was excellent at recognizing a job well done and at fostering teamwork. All associates took pride in their work and were able have fun while working hard. The atmosphere was fun and invigorating, and associates are provided great and helpful feedback and ample opportunity to grow and develop.

Cons

The only downside at all comes with the pay. Unlike some places, BBW does not provide any benefits to part-time staff other than seasonal contests (where prizes are seldom a bonus), and full-time positions as associates are practically nonexistent. They pretty much only hire part-time except for management. Average retail pay is fine for an associate, but CSL positions are a lot more demanding--pretty much a management position--without significant increase in pay and without any benefits. It is an excellent place to work for associates, but a bit stressful to be stuck in the middle.
