Pros

That is a tough one, I guess the Sales Associates are the only reason to work for this company, they are the only ones who actually care about the people they are working with.

Cons

Upper Management does not know what they are doing. They ship product to store they can not sell all the time. They ship product not needed to stores while products in high demand are never in stock and at the same time they expect you to keep every customer perfectly happy. If you are male, simply put, do not work there, the company on a whole is just plain sexist against straight male employees. Loyalty and job performance mean nothing to the company and they will let you go on a whim without even so much as a conversation.

Pros

Discounts, Very Simple, but also made you feel like a real technical worker. Very nice people, and very clean store.

Cons

I just believed the managers made you put much pressure on the customers, not giving them time to breathe. It seems as if we worked for commission, but no commission pay.

Pros

Cross-brand discount at Victoria's Secret, CO Bigelow, and Henri Bendel. Home office is always prompt in answering store issues, and they run company wide contests that provide benefits and incentives to not only management, but also associates. We often got free samples of products to try before they launched, and we received a good discount on full-priced items. There's a buyer program in place within the company that encourages associates and managers to move up and become a buyer (someone who purchases goods and products to sell in the stores).

Cons

Training is oftentimes redundant, and there are floorsets or major changes almost every week during holiday. Associates are given (on average) 3 to 10 hours a week due to limited payroll hours given to stores. Associates also start out at minimum wage in most areas and there's a cap on how much an hourly associate may earn (after a while, you're not given raises anymore, just a yearly bonus).
