      great incentives, always something new and fun when you go in to work,

      they expect alot out of you, minimal pay and hours for reg sales associates

      Pros

      Great culture and a sense of teamwork like no other company I have worked for. The people are supportive and care about your development. Collaboration Support Teamwork Customer care

      Cons

      The down side is that some of the benefits need to be improved. Good benefits, but not as competitive as other retailers.

      Pros

      You get free products, the customers are mostly happy to be there, the environment is fun and friendly, and the management team is easy to work with.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to put on a fake front for customers, too pushy in selling the products, we don't work on commission but are still forced to sell as much as possible, the floorsets are time consuming.
