      Pros

      Fun, fast paced atmosphere. Customers are the best for the most part. Products and the discounts. Helping people smell good.

      Cons

      Call ins not enough hours, if you do get hours you have to work and prove that you are an excellent worker.

      Pros

      Access to great products, Good discount 30% that extends to other stores in the Limited Brand. Victoria Secret, The Limited, etc. Pleasant decor and atmosphere.

      Cons

      Constant coaching can be a bit discouraging. Your suppose to have coaching moments several times a day with your Manager, to motivate you and show where you can improve. It can come across negatively if not done correctly. Demonstrating product can be a turn off to both customers and employees. A regular shift would usually be just one or two associates and a manager, which could be a little dull.
