Pros
Employees are treated very well with excellent compensation and benefits. There is solid local management at the mines and working conditions are generally good.
Cons
Excessive interference from corporate management in daily operations. The implementation and management of expensive and counter-productive corporate mandates decreases the efficiency of the mines. Also the amount of debt amassed by the corporate leadership has put the company in a very difficult position.
