      Pros

      When gold price was great, money was no object. Good pay, good technology, great office, plenty of staff.

      Cons

      Gold price went down, and heaps of debt from a few badly managed projects. With their eyes set on "debt reduction" they sold off all Australian assets. Redundant!

      They have two good mines in NV, they pay well and there are some good people working there.

      Cons

      Company has gone downhill lately, not just the layoffs but the company culture has suffered, almost like the company exists to protect the jobs of the executives and managers up top by sacrificing as many little guys as is necessary. Company is still run by people who make terrible financial decisions. This on

      Good career path, well designed roll training, opportunities to be relocated

      for myself, lack of mentor during the graduate period. Company wasn't dynamic enough to adapt change as well
