      Bigger Company, Potential to move around and work on projects

      Cons

      The company is hemorrhaging technical services personnel and doesn't have a plan (or even an interest) to remedy. The company loves reports and stats so much that it inhibits actual work such as creating mine plans, logging core (the things that make money). We are seen as a tangible resource here that is no different than a haul truck or drill.
