      Some good people stuck in a bad situation. Pay is okay !

      Ever since the Reverse takeover by Randgold the company is a miserable place for technical professionals, they are treated like indentured servants with no respect for life-work balance.

      Compensation - Pay is great, benefits are below industry standard Resources - Generally lots of investment in equipment upkeep, maintenance Technology - Company stays at the forefront of new tech

      Cons

      Brutal workload, company has no respect for your personal time and will dump unreasonable amounts of work on your lap without concern or care for inconvenience Morale is almost always low due to the lack of positive leadership Lots of egos to deal with, decisions made too hastily and without proper evaluation Promotions are very difficult if not well-connected politically. Internal qualified candidates routinely passed over for outside colleagues to management.
