Benefits. Nice people to work with.

Cons

The whole process to get hired is unorganized. I was given a start date and then it was changed. I had already given notice at my old job or I would have just stayed there. I ended up without a paycheck in between jobs. It was VERY hard for my family. Not a nice thing to do!!! Very unprofessional.

It's British & headquarters in London, which has advantages if you are based in London. Can be interesting

Cons

Most difficult place to get anything done of any place I've worked - big or small. Big negative outlooks from individuals. Poor HR Pay has got weaker comparatively

Horrible bullies, they prevent anyone moving up in the organisation. The whole team has slowly left. Cannot be trusted.Several HR breaches
