I have worked at Barclay Simpson for 6 years and thoroughly enjoyed the flexible, supportive environment which has allowed my colleagues and I to achieve our full potentials. It is privately owned and dynamic, adapting to both market challenges and opportunities. The company is transparent offering a clear and concise career pathway visible to all employees to understand their path to progression. The profit share compensation structure promotes collaboration and a real sense of team rather than individual. The company has an excellent reputation which supports a consultants ability to be successful.

Cons

The environment is supportive and flexible but does not offer a micro management structure. Individuals looking for a highly aggressive, target driven environment where they enjoy being micro managed will struggle.

Pros

The company has a great culture and is one of the few places that are true to their word from day one, clear progression and instructions on how to achieve it. Everyone at the company is great to work with and very collaborative. Dean is a great CEO and always available to speak with for any advice. Pay structure is very clear and generous. Very good work life balance appreciate there is more to life than sitting at your desk all day.
