There is a new set of tech- Bullhorn, Sourcebreaker, Cube19 and LinkedIn Recuiter for all which helps everyone do their job well and deliver for clients. The new office has great facilities and, on the one day you are expected to come into the office each week, there’s free coffee, snacks, shared spaces to work, pool table etc. KPIs are there to help guide your day and they are set to be realistic and achievable.
