Pros

Great company name to have on your resume. The lawyers are the top in their field and get paid very well for it. The support staff are the least appreciated at the company.

Cons

A standard nine to five work environment if you like that kind of thing. Don't look for advancement anytime soon.

Pros

At a time, was definitely a great place to get outstanding work experience, especially in multi-jurisdiction projects. Used to be people oriented place filled with excellent teams.

Cons

Golden years of Kyiv office were over once the former Managing Partner Jim Hitch left the company and the office was then managed by Ukrainian partners. Management priorities shifted to getting bigger peace of personal pie and defending it, which led to sloppy people management and made the place full of intrigues and internal confrontation.
