      To be honest the view is the only thing I looked forward to as management is frazzled and not very helpful but instead are catty and send others to do their dirty work when they have something negative to say.

      Cons

      Lack of training. You only learn steps 3-5 of a process of 20 and not in the correct order either. You are furthermore reprimanded when you do the work incorrectly which is all they will ever get if not given the proper tools and and information. It seems like they don't want to be helpful even though they say ask a lot of questions-however when you do ask they don't have time and say follow the 3 steps you know (again which are not enough).

      Friendly environment. Many company perks for meeting and socializing. Beautiful new office space.

      Cons

      Understaffed. Work load and timelines to complete work assignments are unrealistic. Stress by many is noticed. People are leaving in bunches.
