      Good company, but actual work experience depends on the client

      Pros

      It is generally a good place to work at. - They provide quality equipment and parts replacements - Feedback on what needs to be improved - Flexibility on the work schedule - Managers are friendly and understanding

      Cons

      - The usual problem with outsourcing: you are neither a BairesDev employee nor a client employee. Thus, less benefits and some confusion on whether some benefit/perk applies to you or not. - If the client you will work at is good, everything is awesome. Otherwise, not so. - Recruitment process needs more transparency, post-interview feedbacks may take several weeks and maybe no feedback is given at all.

      Pros

      They always pay on time and pay all holidays.

      Cons

      Compensation is below average, pressure to deliver compromising quality and patronizing the client is a recurring theme, management has no technical background and thus force development speed over quality and put a lot more effort in progress reports than on actual deliverables. No real opportunities for growth.
