      Pros

      Good place to get started on remote career. 100% remote. Value engineers. They try to retain talent as much as possible.

      Cons

      Very long hiring process. They call you a lot of times and repeat some questions. You get contacted by different recruiters.

      The Client Solutions team is great, but meant for experienced sales people with strong network, self starters.

      Pros

      Nice and remote work, clients of all sizes, had to work in different projects but never had to move from home. Pay above average. We can work with flexible schedules respecting our timezones. Nice culture with friendly and helpful team. It's been a great experience so far.

      Cons

      Not everyone gets in, I've referred a couple of friends and haven't been able to pass the selection process
