100% remote and despite being contractor you get PTO's and local holidays

Cons

No flexibility, repetitive work, to get the monthly bonus you need to work extra time at no pay

Excellent work environment, I got to work with an amazing team and got all the support I needed during my time there.

Cons

Even after 5 salary revisions that are supposed to be twice a year my salary was not increased due to the company's budget.
